Meghan Lulf Sutton

Meghan spent her first eighteen years in Fort Benton, Montana. In 1993, She attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, a private, ELCA Lutheran Liberal Arts School. In 1997, Meghan graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors) majoring in Political Science and Communications. Meghan returned to Montana and graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2000.

From 2000-2004, Meghan worked as a Deputy Public Defender in what was then the Cascade County Public Defender's Office. In August 2004, Meghan went into private practice, D.B.A. The Law Office of Meghan Lulf Sutton. In August of 2010, Meghan and Neal DuBois incorporated Sutton and DuBois, adding attorney Eric Mills in the Summer of 2014.

Meghan's areas of practice include, first and foremost, Criminal Defense ( trying cases ranging from DUIs to Homicides), Family Law (including Abuse and Neglect Cases, Orders of Protection, and Parenting Plan Modifications), and Plaintiffs' Personal Injury work.

Meghan couldn't imagine living anywhere else, and loves to take advantage of all Montana has to offer. She is an avid golfer, skier, and loves to fish and raft the river. She also enjoys traveling, cheering for the Denver Broncos, and curling up with a good book
